What to Know

Preparing for graduate/professional school applications consumes your time and energy. Start the process early!

Before Senior Year

  1. Select graduate programs you are interested in (U.S. News Grad School Ranking - http://grad-schools.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-graduate-schools)
  2. Find requirements, costs, available funding & deadlines for each program
  3. Contact your reference to write a letter of recommendation
  4. Research the program (the strength, faculty, research centers, etc.)

Summer or Fall before you graduate

  1. Take necessary exams (GRE, GMAT, MCAT, LSAT, etc.)
  2. Request a letter of recommendation
  3. Fill out applications
